Install WebSphere Commerce Developer V7

When installing the WebSphere commerce development kit on Rational application developer or Rational Software architect, you must make sure that both of package group (installation folder) and SDP Shared folder don't contain any spaces. To do so, you must change the default installation path to something shorter without spaces e.g. C:\RAD75

You can modify both shared resources directory & installation directory as shown below.

If you already have RAD installed and you are trying to install a fresh copy to a separate package group with shorter path, that will still not be enough because in such case, you will be using the SDP Shared folder set during the initial RAD installation which contains space.
